Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. During periods of high order volume, processing may take slightly longer.

 

SHIPPING TIME

Shop Hawks works with international suppliers to bring you affordable, trend-forward kids' and matching family apparel. Because of this, standard shipping typically takes 8-15 business days to arrive after your order has been processed, depending on your location and local customs processing. We know that's longer than big-box retailers, and we'd rather tell you the truth up front than promise something we can't deliver.

 

Total delivery time = processing time (1-3 business days) + shipping time (8-15 business days).

 

TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package's journey.

 

SHIPPING RATES

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
